NFL Week 4: Waiver Wire Pickups

runningback

Donald Brown: Brown was mentioned in the Week 3 edition of waiver wire pick-ups and he’s here once again. Danny Woodhead went down this weekend with a fractured fibula and will be out for the rest of the season. On pure volume, Brown should be owned.

Alfred Blue: Arian Foster sat out Sunday’s game with a hamstring injury. We just learned this morning he has been dealing with it for 2 months. If Arian goes down for a long period of time Blue will be a top 15 running back. Hold the handcuff.

Lorenzo Taliaferro: Who knows if Pierce, Forsett or Taliaferro will start next week but we know that Taliaferro so far this season has looked the best out of the trio. He received 18 touches, producing 91 yards and 1 TD versus the Browns. Grab and stash.

 Wide Receiver

John Brown: He has been endorsed numerous times by Bruce Arians and now coming off a two touchdown effort versus the 49ers, I believe he has a chance to be a fantasy wr2/wr3. Grab him now and look for more weeks like this in the future.

Brian Quick: Owning a Ram other than Zac Stacy. Crazy Right? Wrong. This changes with Brian Quick jumping on the scene in St Louis. In week three he recorded 62 yards with one touchdown. If you go back to Week 1, he produced 99 yards on 7 receptions and followed that up with 74 yards on 7 receptions in Week 2. He is a must own.
